It’s never been easier to become a vendor at Jamie’s
To give new vendors a leg up this Summer, Jamie’s is offering two weeks rent FREE when vendors sign a new 6-week contract. Current vendors can also take advantage of this offer when they rent an additional space.
Lorna Ingersoll, Jamie’s general manager, said “Six weeks is a good trial period. It gives vendors a chance to perfect their merchandise selection, display and pricing.” The offer is valid for all contracts signed by Saturday, August 30th. It is restricted to vendors who have not previously rented inside space at any time between March 26 and June 25 this year. “We have a variety of inside booths available, so there’s a size and a location for everyone.” Weekly rent starts as low as $38.
Shannon Rooney, a reader of making sense of cents, offers tips for selling at flea markets. She also explains how flea markets work and why flea market vending is a great (and fairly easy) source of side income.
Summer is one of the busiest seasons at Jamie’s, Northern Ohio’s largest traditional flea market. Shoppers are out exploring ways to save money in these uncertain times, and Jamie’s offers a range of items for all ages and tastes. Often times vendors start with an outside space, and then make the move inside as the season winds down. “The summer booth special helps these vendors make the move,” said Ingersoll.
