Spaces from $35-$36 per week
Spaces are rented from week to week and paid one week in advance.
East Building: $35 per space per week
Center Building: $36 per space per week
Oversized spaces are priced accordingly.
Additional charges apply for appliances and extra lighting.
Rent is due every Wednesday before 2pm. A $20 late fee applies.
Booths must be open each market day during hours (8am-4pm). Violations may result in fines.

Reserve vendors secure the same space for the full season (May through September), with the option to include April and October.
Rent is $15 per space per day, billed monthly based on the number of market days. Payment is due by the last Saturday of the prior month.
Reserve vendors sign a contract and agree to follow Jamie’s Rules and Regulations.

Outside Selling Rates (Effective April 2026)
Front Row Spaces (Spaces 1–10 & A–P)
$12 per space (Wednesday & Saturday)
Located in front of the buildings with great visibility and easy access.
Standard Spaces
Wednesday: $15 per space
Saturday: $17 per space
Payment is collected on-site in the morning
Must be set up before 8am
Pop-Up Spaces (Inside -One Day)
Prefer to sell indoors? Pop-Up booths inside the Center Building (space permitting)
$20 per space (Wednesday & Saturday)
- Be set up & ready to sell by 8am
- Vacate by end of the day or by noon on next business day (Thursday or Monday)
Food Vendors
$25 concession fee
Must provide your own trash cans
Winter Rate
$5 per space (after the first Saturday in December)
